The VDP Screen Panel Series is manufactured by Rexroth Indramat Bosch.
These panels are passive operators with visualization terminals. When one of these screen panels is hooked up in a control cabinet it then makes a PC-based operator terminal. Some versions of the VDP Series come as a control cabinet PC, while others are for mounting on the outside of a control cabinet. Both types are able to be mounted out side a cabinet or on a bracket. All data is transferred from the VDP Screen Panel to the control cabinet PC via the CDI Interface, which is programmed into each VDP unit.
