The Bosch Rexroth VDP60.1BLN-G4-PS-NN is a 12 inch display with machine and alphanumeric keys. The VDP60.1BLN-G4-PS-NN is a passive operator and visualization terminal. When used with an industrial PC with G4 interface, the combination represents a computer based operator terminal. Computers compatible with the VDP60.1BLN-G4-PS-NN belong to the IPC 40.2, VSB 40.1 and VPB 40.1 series. The industrial PC can be mounted in a cabinet and the display can be mounted in the door, and the two can be connected over the G4 interface. Two separate industrial displays can be connected to a single industrial computer through the Y-repeater accessory. The VDP60.1BLN-G4-PS-NN display does not support touch. However the front panel of the display features a keypad which consists of a 4 millimeter thick aluminum panel with tapered edges which are covered by a chemical resistant polyester foil with embossed keys. Machine function keys are integrated into the user-oriented function keypad.
The 12 inch display on the VDP60.1BLN-G4-PS-NN supports 800 x 600 pixel resolution and 256,000 colors. The display technology is TFT. The display is painted light gray. Front panel and cover of the display are both rated for IP 65. A USB interface is available on the display panel. Backlight on the VDP60.1BLN-G4-PS-NN has a rated service life of 40,000 hours after which the brightness reduces to 50% of its original brightness. Service life of the cooling fan varies with ambient temperature: it is 45,000 hours at 20 degrees Celsius and 15,000 hours at 60 degrees Celsius. The VDP60.1BLN-G4-PS-NN is provided with 24 Volts DC input through the G4 interface. The maximum current consumption of the device is 2 Amps. The ambient operating temperature range for the display is 5 to 45 degrees Celsius. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
