This operator terminal combines a TFT display and integrated touch screen to present process data and accept commands in automated machinery. By linking to drives and controllers over the CDI channel, the panel serves as a compact human-machine interface that simplifies monitoring, recipe selection, and service diagnostics on the factory floor. It is intended for direct operator interaction, so machine status, alarms, and operating changes can be handled from one front-mounted interface.

The unit draws a nominal supply of 24 V DC, and under steady backlight brightness it requires only 0.85 A, which keeps cabinet power demand modest while limiting self-heating. Graphic output appears on a 12 in diagonal active area that uses a TFT matrix for clear viewing at oblique angles. The display uses an 800 × 600 px resolution, giving operators crisp text and easy-to-read trend curves. Color rendering reaches 16.7 million shades, so status icons and alarm indications remain easy to distinguish on screen. Commands are entered directly on the protective glass through the resistive touch screen, and the CDI interface carries both display refresh data and touch coordinates through a single cable run. The 360 mm width and 300 mm height allow the front panel to fit common cabinet openings without occupying excessive space.

Sealing is divided between the mounting face and the electronics housing. The front achieves an ingress rating of IP65, which prevents dust entry and resists water jets during routine cleaning, while the rear maintains IP20 to allow convection cooling inside the cabinet. Mechanical resilience is rated for shocks up to 15 g and continuous vibration of 1 g, so the panel can remain stable on equipment that produces repeated motion or impact.
