Product Description:
The VDP series VDP21.3GCN-D1-UA-NN is a Bosch Rexroth operator terminal. Main features of the terminal are a 21.5 inch display and CDI control panel interface. Dimensions of the front of the terminal are 270 x 478 millimeters. A cut out measuring 390 x 550 millimeters is required for proper mounting of the terminal. An ergonomic operation should be ensured when the terminal is being installed. The installed terminal should not be exposed to sunlight or direct UV. Direct sunlight reduces the screen readability and leads to increase in ambient temperature. All cables connected to the VDP21.3GCN-D1-UA-NN should be wired in loops and strain relief should be used for cables. A cable bushing of sealing gasket fitting to cable cross-sections should be used to maintain IP65 protection rating of the front of the terminal.
To prevent disturbance in CDI connection the CDI cables should not be laid parallel to motor cables or parallel to other noise sources. The VDP21.3GCN-D1-UA-NN can be attached to VESA supports arms that are available from different manufacturers. Recommended operating and non-operating temperature range for the VDP21.3GCN-D1-UA-NN are 0 to 50 degrees Celsius and -20 to 60 degrees Celsius. The operating relative humidity range is from 5 to 95%. Bosch recommends use of a 24 Volts DC power supply for the terminal which can source 1.5 Amps current. Rated power draw of the terminal is 36 Watts. A 21-inch display is provided on the terminal which supports multitouch technology. The color TFT display supports 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution. Installation and commission of the terminal should only be performed by trained and experienced personnel. The terminal should be properly grounded before operation. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
