The VDP16.3BKN-D1-NN-NN operator terminal unit of Bosch Rexroth can be adapted to a variety of high-intensity/harsh environments applications and can be used smoothly in a variety of tough industrial environments. It can be used continuously for 24 hours or even 365 days without interruption. It makes a PC-based operator display terminal when used with Bosch
Rexroth Control-Cabinet PC. This 12 inch TFT industrial operator terminal with display resolution of 800X600 pixel, can be used in industrial application like Handling and assembly systems, Packaging, food processing machines, printing machines, paper converting machines, and wood processing machines.
The VDP16.3BKN-D1-NN-NN operator terminal operates on input voltage ranging from 19VDC to 30VDC with nominal rating of 24VDC. The industrial Power supply "VAP01.1H-W23-024-010-NN" qualifying to DIN EN-60742 standard is recommended for use with this operator terminal unit. The display immediately darkens in the event of a power failure if the operating display has been connected directly to the 24 V supply voltage without a UPS. The user cannot execute any action via the operating display during the shutdown of the control cabinet
PC. It is therefore highly recommended that a standalone UPS of appropriate rating is to be installed with the operator terminal. Two RJ45 connector housed in the operator terminal connects it to the PC for display and data sharing. Four status LEDs provides indication to the user either for normal or erroneous conditions, concerning to Voltage, temperature, HDD and UPS status. The front panel of operator terminal is provided with machine, operator and function keys for ease of controlling various machine features. Once properly installed the operator terminal can be used directly as it does not require any sort of commissioning. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
