The IndraControl VDP16.3DBN-D2-NN-NN Operator terminal is a new-age industrial visualization platform, offering ruggedized and long lasting service in industrial applications. The Operator Terminal has a 12 inch TFT display, offering resolution of 800X600 Pixels. It has an integrated top quality robust touch screen. The device is fully packaged and calibrated, requiring no commission after installation. The VDP16.3DBN-D2-NN-NN Operator terminal has earned ratings for high shock, vibration, and temperature. The product has excellent proven utilization in packaging, food processing, printing and paper converting, tooling and wood processing machines.
Together with Bosch Rexroth Control Cabinet PC, the Terminal delivers ultimate automation control setup. The front panel of the terminal unit is designed with function keys (F2~F9), operating keys (OP2~OP9) and machine function keys. The Machine function keys are distributed vertically on left and right side of the terminal unit, marked as L1~L8 and R1~R8 accordingly. LED indictors provided on the front panel, lets the user informed about system’s alarming conditions. The operator terminal operates on 24VDC, 20Watts. To avoid uncertain system shutdown, the operator terminal should be powered from appropriate uninterrupted power supply (preferably Part No R911171024). The operator terminal is developed with four USB and one CDI interface for communication with cabinet PC. The Terminal is offered in both grayscale and color display. To extend the service life of the LCD backlight, the flat screen display is provided with a backlight switch-off. This function darkens the display when the PC has been not operated for a certain period of time. The operator terminal meets IP20 and IP65 product protection criteria. The required operating temperature for the terminal is +5°C to +45°C with working humidity range of 5% to 85%.This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
