The VDP60.3FEN-D2-NN-NN is a human-machine interface produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the VDP IndraControl Panels series. It integrates a TFT touch screen, onboard controller interfaces, and front panel sealing so operators can issue commands, review alarms, and monitor machine status directly at the point of use. In an automation cell, this panel serves as the visualization endpoint for PLC-based motion or process sequences, combining input, feedback, and diagnostics in a single enclosure for routine operation.
The panel uses a 48.3 cm (19") display that renders graphics at 1280 × 1024 pixels with a 16-million-color palette. This resolution helps present multi-layer process mimics, trend windows, and alarm lists clearly without requiring an external monitor. Front-side ingress protection is rated at IP65, allowing use in washdown or dusty environments when the unit is mounted from the rear of a cabinet. A capacitive touch layer replaces mechanical keys and is complemented by a front USB port for recipe uploads or log extraction. The electronics are fed from a 24 V DC supply, and internal converters tolerate 19 V to 30 V while keeping the backlight and logic stable as overall power draw stays near 40 W.
