The VDP82.1NJN-C1-NN-EN is a state of the art HMI (Human Machine Interface) panel designed by the company. This panel can be used in conjunction with the VAM keyboards produced at Rexroth. This HMI interface enables users to control industrial servo motors that can be used in positioning and speed control tasks. The device is ideal for initiating predefined applications because of its user friendly interface. The system controls servo motors that are used for automated assembly systems, wood processing machines, packaging machines, machine tools, food processing machines, and paper converting machines. The device has a 640 x 480 pixels resolution and the display features 262,144 colors. The diagonal display size is 26 cm and the cycle life of the backlight is 50,000 hours. With a total display area of 211.2 mm x 158.4 mm (H x W), this HMI panel offers a wide display area.
The VDP82.1NJN-C1-NN-EN has a 0.3 A nominal current and a 24 V DC voltage connection. An HMI cable is provided to connect this device with an HCQ02 unit. The HCQ02 unit is further integrated with the servo motors that automate assembly lines. This model has a strong mechanical built that enables it to withstand oscillations of up to 0.5 g. This model is operated on a 24 V active power. It is designed for functioning in aggressive industrial environments because IP 54 and IP 20 ingress protection standards are implemented on this device. It is possible for this HMI panel to exchange data with external systems with its data exchange port. A USB interface is also inbuilt in the device.
