Product Description:
The VDP16.3AWN-D2-NN-NN VDP series operator display should be operated only with the accessories, components and mounting parts offered by the manufacturer Bosch Rexroth. This display can be used in food processing and packaging machines. The product must not be allowed to function outside the ambient conditions. This device comes with 25g/m3maximum air humidity when it is transported, operated or stored. The size of the TFT display screen is 12 inches. The unit has a power loss of 20W. It weighs 4kg. The connecting cables may malfunction if the shielding is inappropriate. The product has four USB ports on its connector panel.
The XSER and XVID RJ 45 female connectors of this device feature a CDI interface. These connectors help in establishing a connection between the unit and a control cabinet PC through two readymade cables. The CDI interface on the XSER and XVID connectors are violet and black respectively. The product must be surrounded by 50mm spacing on all sides during connection for cable routing and cooling when in use. The housing comprising the unit must encompass sufficient flatness and mechanical strength. The paper strip present on the seal at the back of the front panel should be stripped off when the display is mounted.
This operating display should be placed into the cutout from its front. The screws located behind the mounting bolts must be tightened with 1.4Nm mounting torque. This device must be removed from the mounting cutout by pressing the display gently and moving it forward from the rear. If the distance from the control cabinet PC to the unit is more than 50m, there may be equalizing currents in case a non-isolated power supply system is used.
