The VDP40.3DFN-D2-NN-CG operator panel is one of the most sophisticated productions of Rexroth Indramat. The 15 inches display terminal is produced with the finest materials; it is sufficiently tested before delivery to ensure it meets international industry standards. The VDP40.3DFN-D2-NN-CG operator panel is perfect for harsh industrial environments; it can resist a vibration of 1 gram and a shock of 15 grams. The operator panel uses a thin film transistor type of flat panel display technology. The display panel screen is user-friendly and has a very high-resolution, which is about 1024×768. The commands inputted to the screen are sent to the control cabinet for processing through the CSI communication interface.
The VDP40.3DFN-D2-NN-CG operator panel under normal conditions requires a continuous voltage of about 24 Amperes for its operation; it can also work with a minimum voltage of 19 Volts and a maximum voltage of 30 volts. The display terminal is designed to operate under ambient temperature within the range of 5 to 45 degrees Celsius and relative humidity not greater than 85 percent. The terminal receives signals from special sensors that monitor the activities in the industrial system. It also contains a light-emitting diode that flashes warning signals to alert the operator when there is a problem with the UPS, temperature, hard disk, or voltage received by the industrial system.
