Product Description:
The VDP21.3GCN-D1-NN-NN is one of Bosch Rexroth HMIs used in industries to perform tasks, including machine startup and inputting values. It has been manufactured according to EN standards. This screen, which has a 21.5”, 1920×1080 resolution, is IP20 and IP65 protected with a vibration resistance of 1g and shock resistance of 15g. It is not only larger, but it is also heavier than some Rexroth IndraControl VDPs.
To keep the VDP21.3GCN-D1-NN-NN running and in good condition, you need to ensure it is installed in an environment free of corrosive gasses like hydrogen sulfide and sulfurous gases. Also, the air must not be contaminated by acids. Make sure that the environment is free of alkaline solutions, metal vapors, and any other contaminants that are electrically conductive. It must be installed in a fire-proof enclosure. To keep other electronics safe, the functional earth must be connected. NOTE; even under these conditions and an ambient temperature of 25ºC, the VDP21.3GCN-D1-NN-NN battery will perform at optimum levels for 50,000 operational hours. When it goes past the 50,000-hour mark, the backlight reduces by 50%. Once this happens, you should change the battery to safeguard your SRAM data.
The installation process is quite easy but still requires one to be extra cautious. For one, you will have to leave 50 mm space on all sides to ensure there is enough room for cable routing and cooling. Avoid covering the LED display on the operator panel, which should be installed vertically with a maximum deviation of ±45°. To prevent disturbance of the CDI connection, the CDI cables must not be placed parallel to noise sources or other motor cables.
