The unit combines a color display, touch input, and field wiring into a single front-mounting frame so that machine builders can embed command and visualization functions directly into the electrical door. Within an automation line, the panel relays operator actions to drives, controllers, or safety relays, while returning status data and diagnostic screens that support maintenance and reduce downtime.
The panel is powered from a low-voltage control bus at 24 V DC, and its internal electronics draw only 0.3 A, which helps limit heat rise inside compact cabinets. An A-Si TFT screen delivers stable contrast and supports a native 640 × 480 px raster across a 10.4 in diagonal, so legacy VGA graphics map 1:1 without scaling. Color rendering spans 262,144 colors, which is sufficient for multi-level alarm coding and realistic equipment diagrams. The molded aluminum front bezel has an IP54 rating that helps protect the electronics from dust deposits and water splashes encountered during routine washdown or coolant mist exposure.
