The BTA20 Machine Control Boards from Bosch Rexroth Indramat are freely configurable operator panels designed for use with BTV20-series operator interfaces in machine-control applications.
The series uses a three-section panel layout that can be configured to suit the machine, with support for 22.5 mm standard control elements and optional module positions for functions such as emergency stop, override adjustment, and mobile operator terminal connection. Communication is handled through INTERBUS remote bus connectivity, and the base unit provides eight isolated 24 V inputs and eight isolated 24 V outputs for external machine signals. An integrated interface converter allows RS232-based control hardware to communicate with RS422 operator devices without requiring an additional interface board in the control. For industrial installation, the series uses a chemically resistant aluminum front, IP65 front-panel protection, an IP20 housing, and a compact form factor suited for machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and machining centers.
