Bosch Rexroth manufactured the BTA20.3-ND-PN-VB-BN Control panel that has a strong structure and is compatible with a variety of automation systems. The BTA20.3-ND-PN-VB-BN Control panel operates on a supply voltage of 18 to 30 V DC and can enable circuits at 24 V DC or 42 V AC. The E-STOP voltage is rated at either 24 V DC or 42 V AC. The maximum power consumption is roughly 18 watts. Maximum current consumption is approximately 1.0 A. The input current for 24 V data inputs is less than 10 mA, and the output current for 24 V data outputs is 200 mA. The enabling circuit has a current capacity is 2 A DC or 3 A AC. The E-STOP current may also support 2 A DC or 3 A AC. The panel is protected at the front by IP65 requirements. The mounting measurements are 375 × 138 × 119 mm, whereas the entire product dimensions are 407 × 169 × 119 mm. The operational temperature range is +5 °C to +45 °C, while the storage temperature range is -20 °C to +60°C.
