The BTA20.3-NA-DK-BA-BS is a plug-in machine control board manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the BTA20 Machine Control Boards series. Installed on the front door of a cabinet, it supplies local power and field connectivity for sensors, valves, and emergency circuits that need deterministic response inside automated assembly lines and material-handling stations. Its hardware consolidates user I/O, communication buses, and safety relays into a single compact carrier, simplifying cabinet wiring and module integration.

Its 24 V auxiliary rail can source 200 mA for proximity switches, while the logic rail delivers 50 mA at +5 V to small encoder modules. Field messages move across the dual-channel INTERBUS-S / BT-BUS backplane, and deterministic control signals reach the on-board digital matrix that offers 8 Inputs, 8 Outputs. The varnished aluminum front plate shields the electronics and, together with the gasketed keys, provides an enclosure rating of IP65 against dust and water jets.
