The BTA20.3-NE-DC-BA-BS control board is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and belongs to the BTA20 Machine Control Boards series. Installed in a cabinet door or operator panel, it provides the interface between field wiring and central motion controllers in automated assembly, packaging, and material-handling stations. The unit combines safety functions, discrete I/O, and bus routing on one printed circuit assembly so that sensors, emergency stops, and decentralized drives can be supervised from a single node within an industrial automation network.

The board has 8 digital inputs at 24 V for proximity switches, and it also provides eight 24 V outputs for indicator lamps or small relays. Each output channel is limited to 200 mA, so the connected load must remain within that current range. For logic expansion or sensor power, the board supplies a regulated 5 V rail with an available output of 50 mA for external devices such as encoder modules.
