The Snaplock Limit Switches series is made to give strong and reliable performance for tough factory work.
A key part of how they are designed is a snap-lock part that makes contact happen fast and for sure, getting rid of deadband and stopping contact chatter, even when there are shakes or quakes around. Made with a zinc housing that is die-cast, these switches are great at fighting off rust, which means they last long and work the same even when things get rough. The series has different contact set ups, such as one that is normally open and one that is normally closed (1NO/1NC), two that are normally open and two that are normally closed (2NO/2NC), or three that are normally open and three that are normally closed (3NO/3NC), so they can be used in many different situations. These switches fit easily because they have standard, wide, and long ways to mount them. Depending on which model it is, you need to move it to either 6.5° or 10° to make the switch trip. These limit switches are good for showing position and protecting against overtravel in places where demands are high, like steel mills, car factories, foundries, and power plants and they follow strict quality rules to make sure they always work right.
