Product Description:
Danaher's Snaplock Limit Switches line, which includes the EA800-25150, offers high-performance switching in industrial environments.
This model's 1 NO/1 NC, 2 NO/2 NC, or 3 NO/3 NC layout allows it to accommodate a variety of contact types to suit any electrical scenario. The operating mechanism of the EA800-25150 enables discrete control by functioning as a cam on EA800 versions or as a Rocker Type on EA880 versions to match the precise needs of each application. Given its robust materials, silver alloy contacts in Form Z butt arrangement produce a trustworthy and long-lasting switch performance. This switch's casing is made of cast iron, aluminum, and spark-proof bronze. Because the operational lever moves in exact 7degrees30' increments and rotates 360 degrees, the switch control is extremely flexible. AC circuits require electrical ratings at 125 VAC 20 A, 250 VAC 15 A, 480 VAC 10 A, and 600 VAC 5 A, while the DC circuits need 125 VDC at 5 A and 250 VDC at 1.5 A ratings. Since it's rated specs function between 75% and 100% power factor, the gadget successfully fulfills power needs.
This product features a sizable wiring compartment that allows the installation and maintenance of #12 conductors without constraints. It follows strict standard requirements of NEMA 1, 4, and 13, plus it obtains UL/NEMA approval when necessary. Packages containing medium-sized models weigh 7 pounds with aluminum parts and 16 pounds with bronze materials. The whole EA800 product line works smoothly at temperatures ranging from minus 40 degrees Celsius to 150 degrees Celsius. This product line achieves 10 million cycles plus IP66-rated protection against dirt particles and strong jetted water. It can be purchased at Wake Industrial with a one-year warranty.
