Product Description:
Danaher's Snaplock Limit Switches family, including the EA080-11105, has been designed to meet exacting performance requirements.
For reliable switching and quick electrical connections, this device features a Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) configuration with one ordinarily open and one normally closed contact. Because of its Rocker-Type SNAP-LOCK® technology, which keeps mechanical parts from deteriorating and leading to system failures, the device operates dependably. To customize motion settings for certain jobs, each phase has a pre-trip at 10degrees, difference at 8degrees, use of 13degrees, and total travel at 38degrees. With a torque capability of 14 lb-in before travel and 38 lb-in throughout the whole movement, the switch can manage a variety of mechanical loads. Switch actuation may be configured at 7.5-degree angles at settings up to 167 degrees using the lever adjustment mechanism. The switch lasts longer under demanding working circumstances because die-cast zinc housings efficiently resist corrosion. To accommodate various installation requirements, the switching unit comes with two adjustable mounting options: Standard and Wide. The switch operates reliably between -20degrees C and +90degrees C and may also be used at high and low temperatures between 0degrees C and +150degrees C and -40degrees C and +90degrees C.
Based on voltage levels, the switch manages continuous current: at 75–100% power factor, it passes 20 amps for 125 volt systems, 15 amps for 250 volt systems, and lesser amounts up to 600 volts. Outstanding performance outcomes are obtained by arranging the electrical connections under Form 'Z'. When doing service work, installers can readily reach terminal screws thanks to the design, which also provides ample wire space for size 12 cables. The 2.3-pound EA080-11105 is impervious to dust, oil, and water and satisfies NEMA 1, 4, and 13 compliance. Optional features like metal contacts and materials for both high and low operating temperatures are included in the box, allowing you to utilize the product in a variety of settings. For industrial settings with particular needs, the motor has a reverse shaft position option.
