Product Description:

The EA170-32100 Switch is the product of Danaher. It is part of the Snaplock Limit Switches series and it has a wide range of operations in industrial automation environments.

The EA170-32100 switch main body includes electrical contacts and mechanisms which ensures the switch performs its function when actuated. The module has an operation head which is a critical part that transfers motion from the actuator to the internal switch mechanism and allows it to function correctly. It includes a whisker actuator which is used for detecting objects with light force and suitable for delicate applications. This switch has a snap lock mechanism which means it has a quick acting mechanism that ensures rapid and precise switching with minimal travel. This model includes two types of actuators such as plunger actuator which responds to linear force and often used when precise, direct force actuation is needed and the roller lever actuator that allows for movement detection in applications where an object moves along a path. It is built to withstand millions of actuations cycles and ensures long term reliability and performance in industrial applications. It is enclosed in a durable material, such as metal or high strength plastic, which provides protection against physical damage and environmental conditions.

This EA170-32100 switch operates in a counterclockwise (CCW) direction which means it responds to movement in that direction for actuation. It prioritizes ease of installation and use and ensures minimal effort is required for setup and maintenance. It can function continuously within a temperature range of 0°C to 90°C, with the capability to withstand short term exposure up to 175°C which makes it suitable for high-temperature environments.
