The series operates on dual voltage specifications - 200 VAC class (30W to 5kW) and 100 VAC class (30W to 200W). These servo systems achieve remarkable precision through their standard 23-bit encoders, which provide 8,388,608 pulses per revolution, with optional high-resolution 27-bit encoders delivering up to 134,217,728 P/R. The series demonstrates significant improvements in performance metrics, featuring a speed frequency response of 3.5 kHz - a 1.6-fold increase from its predecessor. The positioning settling time has been reduced to one-third, while maintaining stable operation. Motors achieve maximum speeds of 6500 min-1, with thermal protection rated to Class F standards and IP67 ingress protection. The system includes built-in diagnostic capabilities for monitoring system status and preventive maintenance. Power efficiency has been improved, with motor power consumption reduced by up to 29% and holding brake power consumption decreased by up to 44%. The servo amplifiers feature reduced power loss of up to 26% through advanced power devices and high-efficiency LSI circuits. This series maintains compatibility with previous generations in terms of mounting dimensions and interface specifications, while offering enhanced functionality such as real-time control mode switching and expanded monitoring capabilities.
