Product Description:
The GAM2A6010F0XNK0 is a brushless AC servo motor manufactured by Sanyo Denki for the G SANMOTION AC Servo Motors series. It is designed for closed-loop motion systems that require controlled rotary movement in automated equipment. When paired with a compatible servo amplifier, the motor converts regulated winding current into precise torque and speed. This operating arrangement supports rotary stages, compact gearboxes, direct-coupled loads, light conveyors, and small indexing mechanisms.
The motor delivers a continuous mechanical output of 0.1 kW at a rated speed of 3000 rpm, producing a continuous torque of 0.318 N·m. Short-duration loads can use a stall torque of up to 1.13 N·m for acceleration or temporary load changes. A line-to-line supply of 200 VAC energizes the windings, and the rated armature current is 1.02 A RMS. The square mounting flange measures 60 mm on each side, providing a compact interface for machine frames and mounting plates. Its circular, keyless shaft supports clamp-style couplings where low backlash and accurate alignment are important. The output end does not have an oil seal, so the motor should be installed in a lubricant-free area or protected against contaminants by an external guard.
Rotor position is measured by a single-turn absolute encoder with a resolution of 23 bits. Absolute feedback provides the shaft position within one mechanical revolution immediately after startup, allowing the connected drive to regulate position without an incremental homing sequence. The enclosure has an IP67 protection rating when the connector interface is properly mated, preventing dust ingress and resisting temporary water exposure. The windings have a phase resistance of 5.3 Ω, which supports the amplifier’s current regulation and thermal calculations during operation. A rotor inertia of 0.143 × 10-4 kg·m² allows responsive acceleration and deceleration in applications such as pick-and-place heads and precision inspection turntables.
