It functions as a compact rotary actuator that converts drive commands into precise shaft movement for pick-and-place heads, miniature conveyors, and small robotic joints. The motor integrates a closed-loop feedback device so a controller can hold position, follow velocity profiles, and correct load disturbances in real time.
