The GAM2A4010F0XNK1 servo motor is produced by Sanyo Denki within the G SANMOTION AC Servo Motors series. As a compact permanent-magnet device with a 40 mm flange, it converts electrical energy from a matched amplifier into rotary motion for positioning axes in industrial automation. The motor integrates a single-turn absolute encoder, allowing a drive controller to track the shaft position after a power cycle. This feedback supports accurate closed-loop speed and torque control in packaging machines, pick-and-place units, and small conveyors.
At its nominal operating point, the motor delivers 100 W of output power while the shaft rotates steadily at 3000 rpm. The windings operate from a 200 VAC supply, and the drive limits the continuous armature current to 0.99 A rms. The corresponding continuous mechanical torque is 0.318 N·m. Torque rises proportionally with current according to a torque constant of 0.367 N·m/A rms.
