The Sanyo Denki GAM2A4015V0XNK0 motor, is an element of the G SANMOTION Alternate Current Servo Motors lineup. The higher the altitude, the greater the decrease in air pressure, which in turn leads to a decrease in air density. This, in turn, causes a decrease in the effectiveness of heat radiation and the voltage that can tolerate thermal shock. Not only did we define a design that would enable the product to be used at altitudes that are twice as high as the existing model, but we also specified the testing procedure that would be relevant.

As a result of successfully passing these stringent testing, we were able to develop a device that is suitable for usage at elevations of up to 2,000 m (meters). Furthermore, we greatly increased the vibration resistance of the servo motor to a value of 50 m/s2, which is twice as high as the existing model's value of 24.5 ton per square second. In addition, we created a high-reliability holding brake that has little anomalous friction material wear. This brake is able to retain its holding torque even when subjected to circumstances of high temperature and high humidity.

With derating prerequisites that are specified for each application circumstance, it is feasible to utilize the motor without endangering operator’s safety. Because it has a plug connection and a straight output shaft, the GAM2A4015V0XNK0 makes it easier to integrate into preexisting configurations. The GAM2A4015V0XNK0 is suitable for use in difficult industrial conditions since the motor has a protection grade of IP67, which indicates that it is completely resistant to dust and can endure being submerged in water for a short period of time.
