The GAM2A4005F0CRK1 is a small-frame AC servo motor built by Sanyo Denki for the G SANMOTION AC Servo Motors series. With a 40 mm square mounting flange and a circular, keyless shaft protected by an oil seal, the motor is intended for compact positioning axes in pick-and-place units, inspection stages, and other industrial automation assemblies that demand responsive torque and precise feedback. An integrated batteryless absolute encoder supplies single-turn position data to the drive controller, eliminating the need for backup batteries while retaining position information when power is removed.
The motor delivers a continuous mechanical output of 50 W when operated from a 200 VAC servo amplifier. At the rated shaft speed of 3000 rpm, it produces 0.159 N·m of torque, matching light rotary loads such as small indexing tables. This operating point draws 0.79 Arms from the drive, and the copper windings have a phase resistance of 9.3 Ω, which influences current rise time. A torque constant of 0.235 N·m/Arms links commanded current to developed torque, giving the controller predictable torque control resolution.
