The POWERMAX II P Motors series is a family of NEMA 23 hybrid stepper motors designed for compact, high-torque motion applications in industrial equipment.
The series is offered in half-stack, single-stack, and double-stack configurations, with nominal holding torque extending from approximately 0.30 N·m to 1.51 N·m to support different load requirements within a common frame size. These motors use a 1.8° step angle with 200 full steps per revolution and are available with either unipolar or bipolar windings for compatibility with different drive architectures. Standard construction features include NEMA mounting, oversized 30 mm bearings, and options such as rear shafts, flying leads or motor-mounted connectors, encoder mounting provisions, and incremental encoder availability. The POWERMAX II P Motors series is also available with standard or low-inertia rotor configurations, allowing users to balance torque and acceleration performance for the demands of a given axis.
