P21NRXB-LNF-NS-00 is a stepper motor from the POWERMAX II® Series by KOLLMORGEN. This motor was originally designed by Pacific Scientific. The frame size of this step motor is NEMA 23 and it is offered with NEMA mounting. The P21NRXB-LNF-NS-00 is a single stack motor and it can achieve a maximum speed of 3000 rpm. The single-ended shaft provided in this model has unmatched diameter – a feature that enables this model to withstand high axial and radial loads. The use of oversized 30 mm bearings in the construction of this motor ensures extended life of both the motor and the bearing. With this motor, you will be able to fulfill various stepper drive applications as it can meet the demand of most high-torque applications.
This 2-phase, hybrid step motor can operate with an angular accuracy of ±3% / step and its shaft is rated to bear 20 lb. maximum radial load and 13 lb. maximum axial load. The P21NRXB-LNF-NS-00 motor can be operated in either parallel or series configuration. The maximum holding torque achievable through this motor is 0.78 Nm. In a parallel configuration, the rated current for this motor is 4.6 amperes per phase. Rated current per shaft for the units connected in the series configuration is 2.6 amperes.
