Product Description

The P22NRXD-LNF-NS-00 is a motion control automation technology designed by Pacific Scientific with a high functional efficiency, ruggedness and reliability.

The motor features high performance gearheads that enable it to increase the torque range as needed. It also has a new polymer end bell with threaded inserts that gives it the capacity to withstand both high radial and axial loads, and enable it to provide support for numerous shaft modifications suitable for the intended applications. This function is enhanced by its high torque-to-mass ratio that allows it to move loads with very fast acceleration.  

The P22NRXD-LNF-NS-00 has an oversized 30mm bearings that provides reliability, extends the motor life and reduces the downtime of the automation technology.

The Pacific Scientific motors offer optimum torque, speed and acceleration necessary to fulfill commonly encountered industrial motion control applications. Also, the P22NRXD-LNF-NS-00 has a 200 full steps per revolution, 1.8° full step angle, -20° to 40° operating temperature, ±3% of one full step, no load, non-cumulative angular accuracy, NEMA Class B with 130°C insulation, 100 Megohms @500V dc and 25°C insulation resistance, and great flexibility in construction to meet customer's specifications. The bonus is the two years warranty that comes with the motors, and an IP65 protection against external contacts, liquids like water, dust, and particles. The protection is further enhanced by its  IEC (International Electro-technical Commission) standard construction which is suitable for any wash-down requirements.

Pacific Scientific motors, generally features thermal overload regulating systems that enable them to eliminate internal heat through both exposed motor  laminations and the encapsulated stator.

The motion control functions are enabled by the bidirectional acceleration or deceleration features of the motors.
