And smaller motors experience higher speed than that of larger motors. POWERMAX provides economical step motors and all thanks to its flexible manufacturing. Simple drive, shaft flat or an integral lead screw, POWERMAX supports all types of motors and they come in half, single and double rotor stacks with a holding torque ranging from 42 to 253 oz-in. The P22NSXA-LNN-NS-02 by Pacific Scientific lies under the POWERMAX P series with 2 rotor stacks and a winding code of A. They are also known for frameless motors. Their winding is done at 130 degree Celsius. In order to support high output torques, the motor has a large diameter shaft and heavy duty NEMA front end bell. Its electrical configuration is as holding torque of 197 oz-in, rated current is as 6.5 amps DC with a phase resistance of 0.21 ohms. Thermal resistance is being measured when the motor is unmounted and is observed as 4.5cwatt. It can be of both low and standard inertia rotors but for higher acceleration rate, normally low inertia rotors are selected. Double stack rotors of standard inertia are used under this series.
