The P22NRXD-LNN-NS-02 is manufactured by Pacific Scientific as part of the Powermax II P stepper motor series. It features a thermal resistance of 4.5 Mounted °C/Watt and rotor intertia of 0.025(kg-m²x10¯³). These are the most powerful stepper motors with a holding torque of 1.43 Nm and a detent torque of 0.12 Nm.

The P22NRXD-LNN-NS-02 is an industrial motion control technology manufactured by Pacific Scientific as a powermax motor with wide applications to enable high quality performance in an economical motor design.
The motor's reliability is further emphasized through the two year warranty given by the manufacturer, Pacific Scientific, with its compacted magnetic materials that gives it a low inertia mass and reduces its weight. The P22NRXD-LNN-NS-02 features sigmax technology that increases the available torque as needed, with an optional solid rotor that provides high and low speed torque, fast settling, superior stiffness and damping. It also has a very large shaft diameter that can withstand heavy loads and makes it possible for shaft modifications as desired for use. The P22NRXD-LNN-NS-02 features big bearings that eliminate the frequent fatigue experienced by smaller bearings and reduces motor downtime, thereby increasing motor life. It has a high acceleration rate that moves radial and axial loads very fast through its high torque-to-inertia ratio. The motor is also equipped with thermal regulating systems (comprising the polymer encapsulated stator and laminations) that dissipates its internal heat and elongates the motor life.
Also, P22NRXD-LNN-NS-02 has a 200 full steps per revolution, 1.8° full step angle, -20° to 40° operating temperature, ±3% of one full step, no load, non-cumulative angular accuracy, has a holding torque ranges between 42 and 253 ox-in depending on the rotor stack selection, and it has a NEMA Class B with 130°C insulation, 100 Megohms @500V dc and 25°C insulation resistance. Its protective structure was constructed to meet IP65 protection standards against dust, liquid and solid particles. It is enhanced by its large bearings of 30mm that ensure the motor's efficient performance.
