For power, the motors in the series all provide the highest torque per motor size and speed range. The motors are available in different configurations, such as half-, single-, and two-stack configurations. An impressive holding torque range from 42 oz-in. to 253 oz-in. Is standard in the POWERMAX II series. Durability should match power. In this case, the POWERMAX II series presents the largest shaft diameter (0.375 inches) on a NEMA 23 stepper. This huge shaft diameter is designed to be able to carry heavy loads--either radial and axial--while still supporting numerous shaft modifications.
