The P22NRXD-LNN-NS-00 is a hybrid step motor made by Pacific Scientific as part of its motion control automation technologies. The motor offers a wide range of choices for users through its highly flexible design.

The P22NRXD-LNN-NS-00 motor, with its high quality and rugged, pose to be a reliable, high performance motor with an impressive range of high torque output. The motor series features a polymer encapsulated stator for a very effective thermal control function within the motor. In addition to this, it comprises exposed laminations which further improved heat dissipation that sufficiently extends motor life and reduces downtime. The P22NRXD-LNN-NS-00 also features a simple, efficient and easily controlled timing belt that is relatively free from any form of backlash. It also offers high torque-to-inertia ratios that provide high acceleration rates that move loads very fast, an admirable quality of the motor. The motor also has a bidirectional acceleration or deceleration rate that offers adequate motor positioning.

Also,  P22NRXD-LNN-NS-00 motor has a low inertia mass that gives it its very lightweight, a ±3% of one full step, no load, non-cumulative angular accuracy; 200 full steps per revolution, 1.8° full step angle, -20° to 40° operating temperature, simple and easily controlled timing belt that prevents backlash, NEMA Class B with 130°C insulation, 100 Megohms @500V dc and 25°C insulation resistance, and a flexible manufacturing process aimed at customer's satisfaction of purpose.

Its high quality performance and extended motor life is enabled by its high holding torque that range from 42-253 oz-in, large bearings of 30mm, and IP65 standardized protective structure against dust, particles and water. The reliability of the protection is further enhanced by the ICE (International Electro-technical Commission) construction standard that ensures proper wash-down requirements.
