The P21NRXC-LNF-NS-00 is a stepper motor from the POWERMAX II series produced by the company. The P21NRXC-LNF-NS-00 is a powerful stepper motor that produces up to 0.82 Nm holding torque. This NEMA 23 stepper motor can produce the highest acceleration rates because of its low inertia. A low inertia rotor can be incorporated in the motor for this purpose. Despite being highly economical, the system comes with a polymer encapsulated stator that offers an exceptional thermal dissipation. This model has been designed with 30 mm oversized bearings that increase the bearing fatigue life. The fatigue life is increased four times as compared to what 22 mm bearings offer. The motor operates on 1.51 A DC current with a phase resistance of 2.61 ohms. The P21NRXC-LNF-NS-00 is also provided with high-performance gearheads that increase the torque range significantly.

For better damping/stiffness, fast settling, and high torque at low speeds, an optional solid rotor can be used in the P21NRXC-LNF-NS-00. A honed stator ID is provided in this model that ensures a concentric air gap despite a highly economical motor design.  The available torque is significantly increased in this motor because of Sigmax Technology. The motor’s shaft can withstand high radial and axial loads because this motor has the largest available shaft diameter for a NEMA 23 step motor. For effective heat dissipation, the P21NRXC-LNF-NS-00 comes with exposed lamination aids. Improved heat dissipation reduces downtimes and extends the motor’s life. The motor’s thermal resistance is 5.5 ᵒC/watt, and 0.028 Nm torque can be extracted from the motor's shaft.
