K SANMOTION Servo Motors

K SANMOTION Servo Motors

The K SANMOTION DC servo motor series gives many choices for accurate drive uses, with power choices from 23W to 500W and frame sizes of 42, 54, 76, and 88mm square. The series has low voltage models at 20-24V DC and standard voltage models from 70-85V DC, which makes it good for places where people are working nearby. The motors have much better performance, mainly in reducing cogging torque; this happens because the magnets and armature core are designed in a smart way, with right pole arc angles. This makes the motor run smoother and the speed stays steadier. Also, the power use is better, with losses down by 31% and the frame temperature 25% cooler compare to old models. Running at speeds from 2500 to 3000 rpm normally and up to 5000 rpm at most, the servo motors give torque from 0.074 to 1.91 Nm, and peak torques go up to 16.7 Nm. To make it even more accurate, advanced features reduces noise, thanks for better brush setup, while enhanced bracket makes it sturdier, to reduce noise by 8dB compare to the old ones. The K SANMOTION series can fit in place of older models but gives way better performance features. The machines specs add to their versatility, from 0.047 x 10-4 to 6 x 10-4 kg•m2 rotor inertia to various application demands. Environmental protection stands at IP43; the series is good with UL, cUL, and IEC safety rules. Multiple choices in configuration include; incremental encoders that gives 2000 P/R resolution, tachogenerators that delivers 3V/krpm or 7V/krpm output, and 90V DC brake choices so it can be put into different factory uses.
