In positioning tables, semiconductor tools, or pick-and-place axes, this motor converts commanded current from a matching drive into controlled angular displacement, delivering closed-loop velocity and torque for precise automated motion. Its square 76 mm frame integrates easily into compact mechanical envelopes, and the built-in incremental encoder reports rotor position to the controller so that interpolation, synchronization, and rapid settling can be achieved in industrial automation systems.
During continuous operation, the motor delivers a 200 W mechanical output while turning at a rated speed of 3000 rpm.
