The KA511XXX is a brushless servo motor produced by Sanyo Denki within the K SANMOTION Servo Motors series. In automated machinery, it supplies closed-loop rotary actuation so motion controllers can position loads with repeatable accuracy and fast acceleration. A square 54 mm flange provides the mechanical interface for mounting the motor to compact machine assemblies. Its mass of 0.90 kg helps limit the load added to lightweight axes.
The motor provides a continuous stall torque of 0.42 N·m, which is the load it can sustain while energized without shaft rotation. During normal operation, it sustains a shaft torque of 0.35 N·m at the rated operating point. The shaft turns at 3000 rpm under these conditions, producing a mechanical output of 110 W.
