The SANMOTION G AC Servo Amplifiers from Sanyo Denki comprise a servo amplifier series designed to drive SANMOTION G servo motors in compact, high-response industrial motion systems using either 200 VAC or 100 VAC input classes.
The lineup includes analog/pulse input models and EtherCAT interface models, offered as single-axis units (200 V class 10–150 A and 100 V class 10–30 A) as well as 2-axis integrated amplifiers (200 V class 20 A×2 or 30 A×2, with corresponding 100 V class versions) to reduce panel footprint and wiring. The series is engineered for fast control performance, with speed frequency response specified at 3.5 kHz and built-in functions such as advanced tuning that automatically measures resonance, friction, and load inertia to stabilize operation and shorten settling. For commissioning and maintenance, the amplifiers incorporate diagnostic monitoring for conditions such as power-supply abnormalities and communication quality, and they can reduce audible motor noise during stop by raising switching frequency beyond the human hearing range.
