Intended for industrial automation, the unit interfaces with brushless servo motors and executes position, speed, and torque loops through its position, speed, and torque control function. An internal IGBT sinusoidal PWM stage modulates the three-phase output so the drive can coordinate precise axis motion on packaging lines, machine tools, and robotics. By translating command references from a motion controller into accurately phased current, it forms the power and regulation layer between the controller and the motor.
The amplifier has a capacity of 150 A, enabling high dynamic torque without saturation. For continuous duty, the power stage supplies 34.0 Arms, while peak currents of up to 83.0 Arms support rapid indexing or brief impact loads. The rated mechanical output is 7.0 kW, indicating the largest compatible motor output within the amplifier’s thermal limits.
