The GADSE03LA22 servo amplifier is produced by Sanyo Denki for the G Sanmotion AC Servo Amplifiers series. Designed for industrial automation, it accepts encoder feedback and modulates three-phase motor windings so an attached AC servo motor can accelerate, brake, or hold its position under digital control. By converting low-power command signals into controlled current, the amplifier forms the interface between a motion controller and the mechanical axis. It supports applications such as semiconductor handlers, packaging lines, and assembly robots that require regulated motion and repeatable positioning.
The unit operates from a 100 VAC single-phase supply and has an overall amplifier capacity of 30 A, which indicates the maximum instantaneous bus current it can process. During steady operation, it delivers a continuous output of 5.2 A rms to the motor, while short acceleration bursts may draw up to 16.3 A rms without exceeding thermal limits.
