Product Description:

The GADSE03AH24 is a servo amplifier designed by Sanyo Denki. This product is part of the G SANMOTION AC Servo Amplifiers series used in industrial automation. This amplifier requires an input supply of AC 200V as its minimum requirement. It accepts a broad range of AC input voltage, which ranges between 200 to 240 VAC.

The GADSE03AH24 servo amplifier offers a voltage adjustment between +10 % and -15%. The servo amplifier accepts either 50 Hz or 60 Hz with a steady control band extending to ±3 Hz. There is stability in the input current, which reaches 6.9 Arms for three-phase while single-phase shows 7.0 Arms. This amplifier brings a power supply capability to 2.4 kVA and a 30V amplifier ability. The control system of this servo amplifier uses IGBT-based sinusoidal PWM technology. The GADSE03AH24 servo amplifier delivers its greatest possible electric motor power at 1.5 kW. The continuous output current stands at 5.2 Arms. The output current can achieve its maximum value of 16.3 Arms. The control system offers three control functions, including position control, speed control, and torque control. The parameters enable users to make these adjustments effortlessly. The amplifier works best in high-speed command mode for motors that do not exceed 400 W while demonstrating 3500 Hz frequency characteristics.

The GADSE03AH24 servo amplifier can handle an allowable range of load inertia up to ten times the motor rotor inertia.  The amplifier works best when operated in a temperature environment between 0 to +60ºC. The device functions effectively as a storage unit between -20°C and +65°C temperatures. The servo amplifier has a maximum storage and operational humidity level of 95% RH when non-condensed. The platform enables wide velocity control adjustment through a ratio of 1:5000, which allows programmers to handle velocity commands directly.
