In an automation cell, the unit receives single-phase mains power and modulates it according to commands from a motion controller. It then supplies proportional current to a matched servo motor, enabling accurate positioning and speed regulation in automated machinery. The single-phase input also supports installations where three-phase electrical service is unavailable.
The amplifier can deliver up to 30 A of instantaneous drive current, while a continuous rating of 5.2 Arms supports normal operating loads without sustained overheating. Transient acceleration demands are handled by a peak output of 16.3 Arms.
