Product Description:

The GADSA10AH24 Servo Amplifier developed by Sanyo Denki falls in the G Sanmotion AC Servo Amplifiers series. It is manufactured for the accurate control of servo motors in the Industrial automation applications.

The GADSA10AH24 servo amplifier includes a dynamic brake circuit and regenerative circuit that enhance performance and safety. These built in circuits improve energy efficiency and reduce system complexity. It features a rotary motor encoder that supports an absolute encoder on connector X3 at the top and also an incremental encoder on connector X4 at the bottom. It is known as an eco product as it is engineered with energy efficiency and environmental considerations in mind. This module comes with a velocity control range of 1:5000 that ensures high responsiveness in operation. This amplifier seamlessly connects with other controllers that demand real time data exchange due to the presence of EtherCAT interface. This product is engineered to control a single axis that makes it suitable for applications requiring accurate single point control. It also includes a digital operator that delivers essential functions such as status display, test run, alarm log and monitoring. The monitoring and digital functions of this amplifier provide comprehensive system diagnostics that simplify its maintenance.

The monitoring system of the G Sanmotion AC servo amplifiers model includes velocity monitoring on channel 1 that results in 2.0 Volts ±10% at 1000 per mint. While the monitoring of torque command is on channel 2 that outputs 2.0 Volts. It is integrated with multiple protection functions that include overcurrent, overload and overheating protection that guarantees long term durability. The regenerative resistor of the amplifier has a resistance of 6 ohm, and it consumes 120 W of maximum power.
