The GADSE01LB22 is an AC servo amplifier produced by Sanyo Denki for the G Sanmotion AC Servo Amplifiers series. The unit conditions mains power and feedback so that a matched servomotor receives regulated current for position, velocity, and torque control in automated equipment. It installs on a control panel and provides the link between low-level motion commands and motor phase power.
It belongs to the 100 VAC class, operates from line power, and draws a maximum main input current of 2.0 Arms, while its internal amplifier capacity is rated at 10 A. Under steady-state operation, the drive supplies 1.2 Arms of continuous phase current to the motor and can deliver short bursts up to 4.3 Arms for rapid acceleration. This current range supports servomotors with up to 200 W of mechanical output while permitting load inertia up to ten times the motor rotor inertia, so couplings with light gear reductions remain stable. Safety is enhanced by an STO channel that operates without delay circuitry, so torque is removed immediately when the enable line opens. The sourcing outputs simplify direct signaling to compatible PLC inputs, while the accepted command formats support integration with different motion controllers. Regenerative energy can be routed to the external resistor during rapid deceleration, reducing excess energy within the amplifier. The panel-mounted design keeps power, feedback, command, safety, and braking connections available within the control cabinet.
