The GADSA05LH24 is an AC servo amplifier produced by Sanyo Denki for the G Sanmotion AC Servo Amplifiers series. It forms the power stage between a motion controller and a three-phase servo motor. The amplifier shapes current and voltage so the motor follows commanded torque and speed profiles in industrial automation cells.
The drive section has an amplifier capacity of 50 A, while its closed-loop current regulator delivers a continuous output of 12.0 Arms and supports momentary peaks of up to 26.5 Arms during acceleration or load disturbances. Supplied through a cabinet feeder that must provide a three-phase input of 11.0 Arms, it draws no more than 3.8 kVA of apparent power. A velocity control range of 1:5000 allows the controller to maintain accurate low-speed positioning and high-speed travel without changing operating modes. The control input channel draws only 0.3 Arms, isolating the logic electronics from the higher-power output bridge.
