The BTV20 Machine Operator Panels from Bosch Rexroth Indramat comprise a PC-based operator terminal series developed for use on production machines, with a front panel layout intended to support practical machine operation.
The platform combines a Pentium 200 MHz slot CPU with integrated graphics, 64 MB of main memory, a minimum 1.2 GB hard drive, and a 10.4-inch TFT color display with 640 × 480 resolution. For operator input and system connectivity, the series includes a machine-user keyboard with 16 machine function keys, along with RS232, RS232/RS485, VGA, Centronics printer, and Ethernet interfaces. The BTV20 is also designed as an expandable system with nine free slots for modules such as MTC-P, MTS-P, PC104 expansion cards, PLC and CNC modules, PROFIBUS-DP, INTERBUS, RS485, and Ethernet options, while the first slot is reserved for the integrated I/O module. The series is built for industrial installation with an IP65 front panel, AC 115/230 V autorange operation with an available 24 VDC version, and configurable type-code variants covering different function types, keyboard versions, memory capacities, and system configurations.
