The BTV20.3EA-28B-45C-D-FW is an operator panel made by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the BTV20 Machine Operator Panels series. It serves as a compact human-machine interface that links CNC or PLC controllers with machine equipment. Operators can use it to view process data, enter commands, and read diagnostic messages directly at the point of use. This arrangement keeps essential operating screens close to the process and supports local response when machine states change.

The panel carries 128 MB of RAM, which provides enough volatile memory for cyclic program execution and buffering of visualization data. Its base configuration uses a minimum processor clock of 700 MHz, so ladder logic, NC interpolation, and graphical elements can run without noticeable delay. Integrated communication over RS485 enables connection to drives or remote I/O without extra converters, which helps keep the interface hardware compact.
