The BTV20.3PA-56B-45C-S-FW is a machine operator panel produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the BTV20 Machine Operator Panels series. It serves as the human-machine interface for numerically controlled machines. Operators can use it to access motion commands, diagnostics, and system status while the connected controller executes the underlying logic. This front-mounted interface allows machine interaction at the point of use instead of through a separate workstation.

The panel’s base system runs on a minimum 700 MHz processor and communicates with drives or PLCs over a dedicated RS485 channel, so cycle-critical data can move between the front end and the automation bus without additional converters. The panel uses Design 3, which marks the third mechanical and electrical revision of this platform. On the front bezel, 16 machine function keys are available, and each key can be linked to a programmable command such as tool change, coolant control, or emergency stop.
