The BTV20.3SA-56B-33C-S-FW operator panel is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the BTV20 Machine Operator Panels series. The unit combines display, keypad, and processing hardware in a single enclosure so that status information and command entry are available at the machine. In an automation environment, it acts as the human-machine interface, sending entered values to the connected CNC or PLC while showing process feedback to the operator. Its integrated controller resources also allow small local programs and diagnostic routines to run directly on the panel, which reduces dependence on a separate interface device and helps keep local tasks close to the point of use. Because the interface and processing section are housed together, wiring between visualization and local input hardware stays simple at the control station.
