The BTV20.3CA-28B-45C-D-FW is a machine operator panel produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the BTV20 Machine Operator Panels series. As a member of the BTV Panel product family and product line 20, it serves as the local human-machine interface for numerical control systems and production cells. It provides direct access to motion sequences, diagnostics, and parameter edits from the front of the machine, so users can review alarms, follow status changes, and enter commands without leaving the workstation.

This panel’s base system runs on a minimum clock rate of 700 MHz, allowing the control software to refresh screen data and communication traffic without lag. Communication to drives and PLC modules is handled through RS485, so long cable runs inside large machines can be supported without additional converters.
