The BTV20.3AA-56B-45C-D-FW is a PC based control system manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat specifically for production machines with high demands for uniformity and standardized operation. With proper handling, this product enables complete operation control of simple industrial applications, such as lathing, grinding, and milling. The housing of this product is compact and designed to meet the IP20 category. This compact housing offers customers a higher degree of flexibility regarding installation position. Despite the IP20 protection of the controller housing, its display unit itself belongs to the IP65 protection category and is able to comfortably withstand common industrial interference. This PC unit uses a Pentium processor with an operation frequency of 200 megahertz, it also features an integrated graphics controller and a main memory with a storage capacity of at 64 megabytes.
The BTV20.3AA-56B-45C-D-FW control unit contains 9 connection slots where control cards can be inserted to modify the function of the product. There is already an Input/output module installed in one of these slots. There is a floppy disk drive located on the front panel of this product.
